The fids are changed if the inmate is shifted to another facility so long as V-Connect has a base there or else a refund of the prepaid amount balance is made. If no calls are made for a month then a $4.95 fee is charged per month beginning from the completion of 180 days of stagnancy and will stop once the call resumes or if the prepaid amount is over.
Setting up your advance pay account for the inmate call collect is quite easy as you can use your MasterCard or your Visa and the minimum amount for an account is $25 whereas the maximum is $100.
